Biography of Linda Johnson-LeBlanc
Linda’s 20-year career in healthcare information has included market research, marketing, consultative selling, customer relationship building and project management experience. Linda is currently a manager at IMS Health in Plymouth Meeting, PA where she plans, identifies and implements operational and quality improvements, leads medium to large cross-functional quality and operational improvement projects, manages partnerships with external vendors and negotiates contracts. She also manages the creation and content of IMS analytical publications budgeted at $4 million, conducting market research and data analysis to create product content.
Early in Linda’s career, she was tapped on the shoulder by management to manage the operational segment of the company’s first daily data project leading to successful and lucrative engagements thereafter. While in the Client Service department, she participated as a key member of a client winback team, partnering with the client to create a customized deliverable answering a complex business issue.
Linda’s passion for humanity and spirit of service led her to volunteer with several local organizations. She volunteers at Laurel House, which services victims of domestic abuse, counseling women and children and performing administrative duties. Linda, along with a longtime friend, established Preciouslyfe Ministries which seeks to assist and connect women in abusive situations to local services. She also helped spearhead a project to bring the Career Wardrobe, a non-profit organization providing career clothing for women in transition, to Montgomery County.
More recently, the devastation of Hurricane Katrina prompted Linda to lead a local effort called Each One Reach One Project that supplied a 22 foot trailer of clothing, food, bibles and household goods to victims. The Times Herald newspaper did two feature stories on her detailing her journey to Mississippi to deliver the items and provide spiritual and moral support to those impacted.
Linda is certified in Project Management by ESI International and belongs to the American Management Association. She is a 2007 graduate of LaSalle University’s Graduate Studies program obtaining a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
